Medidata leverages Sumo Logic’s API to uphold SLA commitments by creating a resource that crawls through accumulated machine data and inspects it for load, latency, and throughput. It then notifies relevant users should it detect deviation from established SLA commitments, to make sure it upholds its promises to customers.
