Due to the nature of the company, I assume that analytics of performance may drive adoption on a wider business level. Their website would suggest that design isn't at the top of their focus, although the content has great social media feedback, despite being largely text heavy articles or posts.
They also segment articles on their site by type, perhaps this could also help us to outperform other segments (Article, Research, Infographic, Video) should we be given the opportunity.
Unable to find any insight into their drive towards digital marketing and content, although when searching, a number of job vacancies popped up for territory specific digital marketing roles. Also, similarly to RICS, they also offer insight into differing views on how to become more digitally savvy and offer insights and interpretations into the insurance sector.
We currently have users from the Marketing Director's department along with a single user from the Sales and Marketing Support team.
If we achieve a wider uptake from the teams and can perhaps help to drive the sales and marketing team to the platform, user numbers could jump with a little exploration around those teams.
