Kimble operate a number of internal and external supporting applications to help with your enablement.

You will share the responsibility in completing and maintaining some of these. As part of mobilization, please familiarize yourselves with the tools outlined below and start to collate supporting information where possible.

The next pages of this document provide an overview of the Operating Model Canvas and Trello which are key tools we will start using from the start of enablement.

Please familiarize yourself and the team with these and start to complete where possible. Links to each of these can be found from your Smartsheets project plan.

Operating Model Canvas & Activity System

This is used to capture your existing and to-be Business Model.

It provides a high-level overview of your business that informs the configuration / build of Kimble. A sample copy of the Operational Model Canvas and Activity System is embedded in your smartsheet plan and can be reviewed / used to help build your own.

Operating Model Canvas

The Operating model help everyone understand and map your business to Kimble processes and configuration. It will be used as a real time working document throughout the enablement to:

Summarises your business quickly
Captures Business Dimensions
Drive out detail
Creates backlog for Sprint Workshops

Trello

Trello boards are used to capture and manage user Stories as they are tested in sprints.

It also provides a collaborative way to track questions and manage progress. A link to your own Config Tracker in Trello is embedded in your smartsheet plan and can be reviewed / used to help build your own Canvas.

Customer Master Tracker Trello Board

Captures Customer Decisions from the backlog. Allows actions to be assigned to teams / individuals and is used for real time capture of requirements.

User Stories

Stories are aligned to the Kimble Subway Map and business functions. These tests a performed during the sprints.

Please familiarize your team with the Trello board and standard user stories provided (please link to this from your Worksheet plan). Start to think about stories you need to add or adapt for your business.

Asana / Instagannt

Asana's board view is used to capture and manage user Stories as they are tested in sprints.

It also provides a collaborative way to track questions and manage progress. A link to your own Config Tracker in Asana can be used to help build your own Canvas.

Customer Master Tracker Board

Captures Customer Decisions from the backlog. Allows actions to be assigned to teams / individuals and is used for real time capture of requirements. Click here to access your Tracker board.

User Stories
