Learning the Kimble Product

Kimble is a process driven system. Please familiarize the team with the core processes below and start thinking about how this maps to your business. On the next page we provide further product training which should be undertaken prior to the Foundation Workshop.

Video Training on our product

We recommend that all individuals who will be involved with the project familiarize themselves with Kimble. All key project members must undertake at a minimum the curriculum training prior to the Foundation workshop.

Curriculum video training

The Kimble Essentials Video Curriculum is a collection of 10 x 15-minute videos which, in total, provide an end-to-end overview of Kimble, from creating and managing Proposals to closing Tracking and Forecasting Periods. These should be watched in the following order:

You will be given access to Zendesk, the Kimble Support centre. This is useful both during the implementation and post go-live to access and search for:

Guides – Owned by Customer Education – provides Customers with Better Practice Guides
Tickets – Used by Support – provides valuable insight into previous configurations / issues and allows customers to raise tickets against the SLA
Enhancement requests – both internal / External – Provides the community with the chance to request new features
Good Source for links to other business processes
