Jerry Firbank founded the original Firbank Kempster Group in 1970, revolutionising the event industry with a new way of thinking. Jerry’s original model is now the basis of many international experiential agency’s, with many senior creatives being directly taught by Jerry over the years.

Fred has held senior positions in some of the world’s most prolific agencies, as Creative Director at J Walter Thompson and Jack Morton Worldwide, he was instrumental in many world renowned experiential campaigns. Here he was responsible for directing the complete pan-European Ford account.

Jacquie has worked at PR consumer agencies MacLaurin’s, Jackie Cooper, The Outside Organisation and KLP Entertainment. She has directed campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands - launching PlayStation 2 into the UK market, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and their launch in the UK, which won the PR Week Consumer Campaign.
