Initial "Scene-setting" questions

Explain what your CX role is and the CX role within Turtl, and the difference between CSM and yourself.

Outline for today is going to be: a brief history of Turtl; an overview of the platform itself; &finally at the end of this session you should be up and running so that you can start experimenting with your very own Turtl.
