Implementing Cisco SSO will mean the following:
- All users are required to login into Turtl using Cisco CEC “username” and “password” through the Cisco SSO PingID process starting Monday 03/19/2018.
- All content that is strictly meant for internal audiences must be created under “Cisco – English Internal” content area in Turtl - ask Turtl Support team if you need help with how to do that.
- All content that is strictly meant for internal audiences must be tagged as “Internal” - ask Turtl Support team if you need help with how to do that.
- All content that is strictly meant for public audiences does not require any special tagging change in Turtl.
This will have no impact on your Turtl access level, your Turtl available features, your Turtl content, nor your Turtl content URLs. This will not change any work that is done in Turtl.
The reason for this change, is to comply with Cisco security guidelines, protect cisco users, and protect cisco data/content.
Please note, if you have already been authenticated to cisco CEC, you will not need to login again into Turtl.
