WHO AM I? I’m based in London, where I advise global clients who are either selling or acquiring retail assets across international markets. When I’m not doing that, I’m either at home with my family, or in Portugal helping my son improve his football and rugby skills.

WHO AM I ? I joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2007 and spent six years in the Paris office, where I eventually joined the French Capital Markets retail investment team. Long before this career, I did spend a few months working at Disneyland® Paris!
WHAT I DO Nurture strong relationships and interaction with the European investor pool.

WHO AM I? I joined the team in 2014, and am very much involved at the more local level, supporting teams in Europe at every stage, from launch to market to closing. I previously lived and worked in Paris, and have always had a real love of travel, experiencing new cultures and meeting new people.
WHAT I DO Engage across the EMEA Cushman & Wakefield network and undertake detailed process management.

WHO AM I? I joined the team in June 2017. My role involves asset pricing, asset analysis and financial modelling of asset return profiles. I previously worked within Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Valuation, Thames Valley Industrial Agency and Corporate Occupier and Investor Services teams before settling down in EMEA Retail Capital Markets. I have just become a home owner for the first time, so am spending most of my time outside the office doing DIY.

WHO AM I? I joined the team in March 2016, split between the London and Lisbon office. My role focuses on supporting the team for ongoing projects across all retail sub sectors. Coming originally from Portugal, I give a touch of Portuguese spirit to whatever I do while helping the team to work on their Portuguese pronunciation.
WHAT I DO Provide process support to the team and undertake the preparation of marketing materials.
