Maintel has worked with Keltbray for a number of years after winning the contract through a competitive tender process. Due to rapid expansion, Keltbray relocated their London headquarters to Esher in Surrey to increase office space. To manage the move of their communications Keltbray engaged an experienced communications specialist partner to support this major transition seamlessly and with minimal disruption to business operations. Keltbray was familiar with the Avaya IP Office solution and its development roadmap and wanted to continue building on its existing in-house expertise and improve on the functionality provided by the communications platform and enhance end user experience.
