AVERAGE READ TIME
The average read time is the average amount of time any single reader spends with a Story. This is calculated across multiple reading sessions if the users visits your content more than once.
This chart shows the distribution of average read times across 500 of the most read Stories on the Turtl platform. 25% of Stories in the sample had an average read of 75 seconds or less, 50% had an average read time of 100 seconds or less and 75% had an average read time of 135 seconds or less. The remaining 25% of the sample had average read times in excess of 135 seconds, with the maximum being 560 seconds.
